What a work day is like

• Get off the bus and walk upstairs

• Eat breakfast in transition

• Get a work shirt and change into a work uniform

• Dress appropriately for the weather

• Complete opening classroom routines

• Use technology to access the bus tracker to determine the bus arrival

• Leave the bus for work

• Walk 2-6 blocks to the bus stop

• Work at sites (standing, walking, stairs, escalators, elevator for about 4 hours with a 30-minute lunch break)

• Work independently, in a semi-supervised or fully supervised group

• Take the CTA bus back to the hub

• Change out of work uniform

• PBIS and 7th-period activities
