How to do a Headstand - start by kneeling on the ground with your hands, placed shoulder-width apart on the mat. lower your forearms on the mat, forming a triangle with your hands and elbows. Your hands should cup the back of your head creating a stable base. Lift your hips up, straightening your legs upwards in the air. keep your body straight.
Crouch arm balance - is a great way to develop balance and upper body strength.
How to do a Crouch arm balance - Squat on the ball of your feet, keep your knees apart. Place your palms flat on the mat. Spread your fingers, pointing them forward. Lock your elbows on the inside of the knees, look forward. Lean forward until you are balance on your hands then point your toes backwards.
