Pupils Attendance Register
Definition
The register is another in class record, one of the main records to show if the child is absent or present. The register is a proof to show a child’s attendance in school.
Purpose
The register serves to show the children attendance in school. If he/she is absent they are required to present with a letter of excuse to state the reason for absent.
Maintenance
The register must always be neat and clean, and it must be written clearly so that higher levels can understand when going through it. The register is a legal document and if damage the teacher can be penalized for the damage.
Regulation
The register must be marked every time the school meets for both morning and afternoon sessions; it should begin on the first day of school and end on the last day of the semester. Marking the register should take no more than 15 minutes. There should be distinct submissions for boys and girls. No attendance should be recorded after the register has been closed; present should be marked with a "/" and absent with a "o". In the instance of tardiness, a "/" should be drawn through the "o," and when the child leaves early, another line should strike through the "/," forming a "x".

The timetable I refer to is a schedule that outlines the timing of specific activities, events, or tasks.
Purpose
The timetable is utilized to ensure a smooth and effective flow of future subjects for learners to study throughout a certain timeframe.
Regulations
The timetable must be hung on a wall in the designated classroom. Each learner must have a timetable. Teachers should always work according to a timeline.
Lesson Plan
Definition
A lesson plan is a schedule document that is used t prepare daily records of what will be teaching in the class, it is well set in a structure to facilitate the learning techniques.
Purpose -to keep record of what is being taught in the lesson, and well planned to show how teaching was done and the materials used to carry out that specific lesson.
Maintenance- the lesson plan is an important class record; it must be prepared every day and must be taken care of. It must be neat and tidy at all times

All teachers must prepare lesson plan daily according to timetable. Supivisors must check and sign lesson plan daily.
Definition

Purpose
Vision Statement- This is a statement that describes what the stakeholders want the school to be.
Mission Statement-In one line, it expresses the school's purpose and what it will do for its students. It flows from the Ministry of Education's mission statement.
Goals/objectives- are for the school and provide purpose and direction for school activities.

Record of Work
Definition
Record of work is a written document that is to be done at the end of each week.
Purpose
This record serves the purpose of keeping track of what is being taught in the class room
Maintenance
Must be papered and stored in a dry place

Must be completed at the end of each week, also signed and dated.
Class Log
Definition
A class log is a document that is kept for each class and contains pertinent biographical and accomplishment information on each student in the classroom. This document is also used as a class inventory.
Purpose
The goal of this document is to ensure that each child has access to personal information as well as class achievement data.
Regulation
Each class must have a log displayed on a wall in the classroom; failure to do so may result in teachers being reprimanded.
Maintenance
Kept in class room neatly papered and away from edible.
Class list
Definition
A class list is a roster or record containing the names of students enrolled in a particular class.
Purpose
To keep a record to pupils in the class it contains names, date of birth, address and parents phone number incase of emergency.

keep in dry place away from insects. also update regularly incase or any enrolment or withdrawal.
Report Card
Every term, an evaluation of the student's performance must be completed.
A behavioral analysis must be conducted on a regular basis.
The report booklet must be signed by the Headteacher or other senior teacher.
in the absence of the Headteacher.
The teacher's signature must also be present.
