I started my fitness journey in 2018 out of pure curiosity. Growing up, I always thought a lot of cardio and eating very little was healthy. I couldn't believe the amount of knowledge I gained from doing one body building show. I realized that being "skinny" was not sexy, nor healthy. It put the spark in my heart to make a lifestyle change, which developed into me becoming a CPT in 2020. I am really passionate about helping mama's reach their goals. Having three kids, taking care of a household, and a full time job myself, I know the struggles that come with trying to stay fit and healthy. Moms are always the last ones to eat, shower, and sleep. We put everyone and everything above us, but that should not discourage us from achieving our goals. Whether you are a few months postpartum, in your 40s and have never worked out, or a stay at home with 6 kids, I want to help you achieve your dream body... while being happy! I started my fitness journey in high school. I was this skinny kid who came across gym class one day that offered weightlifting, after the first class I was hooked! I spent my entire life weightlifting, not only throughout my military career but also my personal life. It is and always has been a lifestyle choice I never regret integrating into my life. My fitness journey has always evolved as I’ve grown, constantly learning new techniques, form, and expanding my knowledge. Bodybuilding is by far my favorite type of fitness, the mental fortitude, discipline and the mental high I get from it, translates into everyday life. If you can push yourself in Fitness, you can push yourself to succeed in anything. As we get older our bodies get weaker, just like a machine our bodies too are an engine that needs constant maintenance. My goal is to hear my children say, “My dad can” not “My dad used to”. The day I’m blessed to be a grandfather, I to want to be able to keep up with my grandchildren. Fitness will always be a part of my life until the day I depart from this Earth. As a coach my desire is to spread my passion of fitness to others and guide them through their journey of aptness and help individuals achieve their own goals.nathan@coyotefitnessandtraining.com
