Designing meaningful and user-centered learning experiences through research, design, and technology.
Hello, I’m Masato Miki, a graduate student in Instructional Design & Technology at CSUSB. With a background in banking, I am particularly interested in how organizations design training and support continuous learning. My work focuses on creating clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences that connect theory with real-world application.
This ePortfolio shows my development through research, design, and hands-on projects.
Reflection
Through my learning in the IDT program, I have developed a clearer understanding of how people learn and how effective instruction is designed. I am continuing to build my ability to connect learning theories with real design decisions and create learning experiences that are clear, meaningful, and applicable in real-world contexts.
I have developed foundational skills in designing learning materials, organizing content clearly, and applying instructional design principles through coursework and hands-on projects.
Moving forward, I plan to continue improving my use of digital tools, multimedia design, and the responsible use of AI to create more effective and learner-centered instructional solutions.
