Friday, 11 April 2025 - Pre-Conference & Main Conference Check-In

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided to pre-conference attendees. Dinner provided for main conference attendees. SAR Competition to be held after dinner on Friday evening. All attendees are invited to participate.

Saturday, 12 April 2025 - Main Conference & Awards Ceremony

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided. General Session for all attendees following breakfast in the large dining hall. Awards Ceremony and Raffle to occur after dinner.

Sunday 13 April 2025 - Main Conference

Breakfast & lunch provided before safe travels home.
