Swipe your badge over the spot to the left of the screen that says "ID Card".

The following are the only buttons that you'll use:
Print Release (Retrieve your print jobs)
Access Device (To Copy)
Scan
After selecting Access Device from the Home Screen, this is the menu that you will see.
To enter the number of copies you need, tap where it says Set (top right of screen), and enter your number.
If you need 2-sided copying, click where it says 1→1 Simplex, then see the picture to the RIGHT for those options.

1→1 Simplex = Single-Sided Copies
1 →2 Duplex is when all of your originals are single sheets and you want to copy them front to back.
2 →2 Duplex is when all of your originals are double-sided and you want to copy them just like they are.
2 to 1 Splis is when your originals are double-sided and you want to make them single-sided.
Select the option that you need (if other than 1→1 Simplex), and press OK.
When you make copies it will always default to Non-Sort Non-Staple
If you would like to staple your copies, tap the option you would like under Staple.
After selecting your option, please press the OK button.
Hit the green Start button to begin your copying.

Tap Print Release to access the jobs that you have printed.
You can either print ALL jobs or just specific jobs.
To print ALL jobs, check the Select All Jobs box at the top of the screen, and then hit Print in the bottom right corner.
To print SPECIFIC jobs, check the box next to the print job(s) that you want to print and then hit Print in the bottom right corner.
Those jobs that you didn't print will remain in PaperCut until you print them. A reminder that if you do not release jobs that you have printed, PaperCut will delete them after 10 hours.
