I do this by conducting a rigorous approach that assesses:

Which may include administering quantitative and qualitative measures of organisational climate & leadership capability (or utilising pre existing measures).
Desired state
working out where you want to be across climate & leadership capability, and
Future state
Examining what the future could look like, and navigating how to get there.
Culture and leadership design
Co creating programmes and initiatives that target problem areas, leverage strengths and clearly align to organisational strategy.
