The NYS Smart Scholars Early College High School Program is an opportunity for Cortland High School students to academically and personally prepare themselves for a college and/or career path after graduation. CHS will work in partnership with Tompkins Cortland Community College to provide our select group of students with the support necessary to give them a head start on establishing college and/or career success, for free!
