The Smart Scholars ECHS Program is an opportunity for Cortland High School students to academically prepare themselves for a college and/or career path after graduation. CHS will work in conjuction with Tompkins Cortland Community College to provide this select group of students with the support necessary to give them a head start on establishing college and/or career success.
