Homework:

1. Homework will begin on Tuesday, September 4th (due to Labor Day on Monday, September 3rd).

2. Homework packets will be sent home on Monday's and kindergarten students will have 1 page of reading/phonics and 1 page of math homework each night to complete.

3. Students will begin having spelling homework in October which will be included in the HMWK. Students will have a spelling pretest on Monday's and will take a spelling test on Friday's. We will begin with 3 words each week and jump up to 5 words a week in January.

4. Please return the HMWK folders to school everyday with the packets in them, so that we can help your student stay organized and on top of the HMWK.

5. On Friday's we will keep the homework folders at school and return them to the kinders on Monday's with school news and new HMWK packets.

6. Homework is due on FRIDAYS! Please keep the homework in the folder and do 1 page (front and back) a night.
