About Me

Hi,

My name is Chhavi Malik (Mrs. C) and I will be teaching your child Math Honors this school year. I am looking forward to a year full of new experiences with all of my students. My classroom is a place where all students are invited to learn, and I am looking forward to academically challenge my students and building lasting relationships in my classroom!

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Master's in Computer Applications. I have eight years of experience in teaching Mathematics to students from second to tenth grade. I have experience in teaching engineering students in the past.

My philosophy of teaching mathematics is based upon the belief that every student has his own unique learning style and that, as a teacher, I should design my lessons according to needs of students. I strive to provide the students with a variety of knowledge and to help them achieve their goals and to make sure they reach their full potential in school.

My favorite things to do: Being outdoors, travelling, spend time with my family, camping, listening to music, and most importantly teaching.
