1. No School Thursday 5/9

2. Field Day - Friday 5/10. Wear gym shorts and team color t-shirt. Label water bottles with permanent marker. 

3. Bring and extra snack for afternoon movie. 

4. Class Trip : Monday May 13th. Please be in school on time.  The buses will leave promptly at 8:30 AM. 

We will leave Corpus Christi School at 8:30 AM

• Wear school gym uniform with Corpus Christi on the shirt and comfortable sneakers.

• Bring a lunch. Place the lunch in a plastic grocery bag and mark it with your child’s name on the outside in permanent marker.  (Everything must be disposable).

• Eat a big breakfast. Our scheduled lunch time is not until 11:30 AM.

• Your child must stay with their assigned group.  If you are meeting us there please do not take your child away from the group.  You may walk along with them but do not take them away from their assigned group.  Our assigned chaperones are responsible to see that their group is following our schedule.  No child is allowed to leave the Aquarium with a parent or any other adult.  The children must ride the bus to and from the Aquarium.  You may pick them up from the carline, back at school, at dismissal time if a note is sent in with your child in the morning.

• PLEASE NOTE: THE AQUARIUM  CAPACITY IS LIMITED BY HOUR.  GUESTS ARRIVING WITHOUT A RESERVATION TO PURCHASE DAY OF TICKETS MAY NEED TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE ENTRY TIME OR MAY BE DENIED ENTRY IF SOLD OUT. 

No electronics, of any kind, may be brought with the children on the school bus.

Backpacks are not allowed inside due to security reasons.

Gum is not permitted at all.

You may want to go to www.adventureaquarium.com to check out all the exciting things your child will be doing. 

5. Practice your multiplication facts everynight.  

6. Class trip will be on Monday May 13th. Please wear gym uniform and bring a bagged lunch. Everything must be disposable. The bus will leave promptly at 8:30AM, so please do not be late. 

If you were planning to meet us at the Aquarium, please check ahead of time to purchase tickets. This year the Aquarium admissions has a timed entry. This means that they will only allow a certain number of tickets to be sold during a morning session. If tickets are sold out for that day, you will not be permitted entrance.

1. No Reading and Spelling Test this week. 

2. Math Unit 7 Fractions- Tuesday May 7th. #7.1- #7.6

3. Science Test- Wednesday May 8th. Topic 5 Lesson #3- Environmental Traits.             Studyguide went home.
