A CorpsAfrica Green project is any community project with a climate change and environmental focus facilitated by a Volunteer. Examples include establishing green infrastructure, restoring ecosystems, recycling initiatives, and environmental education. CorpsAfrica recognizes that there is no single solution to climate change. Protecting the environment and building resilience require changes in all areas.
Volunteers facilitated environmental and climate change projects across their host communities before the CorpsAfrica Green initiative was created. The initiative aims to build the capacity to address climate change alongside communities.
