Applied psychological and behavioral principles to law enforcement research, directly impacting Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) recommendations, guidelines, and training materials.
Designed marketing and communication materials to promote engagement in computational research and Cornell Center for Social Sciences (CCSS) workshops. Produced short films showcasing CCSS fellows, staff, and computational social science workshops.
Assisted in creating and sharing novel and immersive storytelling experiences that engaged audiences by leveraging virtual reality technology with unique, DEI research-based perspectives. Wrote DEI-related scripts and also provided direction on set. Created DEI lesson plans and curricula.

The mission of the Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society is to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the management disciplines. I was awarded the Doctoral Institute Scholarship, allowing me to attend the annual conference and gain additional training and mentorship in teaching management.
I was awarded a 2022 10 Under Ten Award. The purpose of the 10 Under Ten Awards is to recognize UNC Charlotte alumni who have graduated within the past ten years.
