• Accessible Seating: Designated seating areas are available for guests with mobility disabilities, often accompanied by adjacent companion seating.​

• Accessible Entrances and Routes: Venues feature accessible entry points and navigable paths throughout the premises to accommodate guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices.

• Accessible Restrooms: Facilities include restrooms equipped for use by individuals with disabilities 

• Assistive Listening Devices: Some venues provide assistive listening systems for guests who are hard of hearing. 

• Service Animal Access: Guests are permitted to bring trained service animals to events.​

• Communication Assistance: Upon request, AEG Presents may provide auxiliary aids and services, such as sign language interpreters, to facilitate effective communication.

• Sensory Accessibility: Several AEG venues have partnered with KultureCity to provide sensory-inclusive experiences.

• • Sensory bags equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and other resources.

  • Designated quiet areas for guests who may feel overwhelmed.

  • Staff trained to recognize and assist guests with sensory needs.

• Online Purchase: Accessible tickets can be purchased directly through Live Nation's website. By selecting the "Show accessible tickets" filter on the event's interactive seat map, patrons can view and select available accessible seating options. 

• Accessible Seating: Designated areas for wheelchair users and companions are available. It's recommended to purchase these tickets in advance, as day-of-show availability is limited.

• Restrooms and Concessions: Facilities are designed to be accessible, including restrooms, concession stands, and merchandise areas.  

• Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs): Many venues provide ALDs to assist guests who are hard of hearing. Devices can often be obtained at guest services or the box office. 

• Sign Language Interpreters: Upon request, venues can provide ASL interpreters. Requests should be made at least two weeks in advance of the event.
