Communication Project for the Lake Champlain Basin Program 

With the Lake Champlain Basin Program, I developed a communication campaign to educate families with children about the health impacts of Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) and the safety measures needed when recreating in and around Lake Champlain. Through this project, I strengthened my skills in public health communication and creating accessible, family-centered outreach materials. 

Grant Proposal for the Rural Health Network of South Central New York Produce Rx Program

Working with the Rural Health Network of South Central New York, my team and I developed a funding request to enhance data collection for the Produce Prescription Program, allowing for better tracking of participant health outcomes. This experience strengthened my skills in grant writing, stakeholder collaboration, and developing evidence-based justifications for funding.

Monitoring & Evaluation Plan for the Tompkins County YMCA Food Hub

My team and I developed a Monitoring & Evaluation plan for the Tompkins County YMCA Food Hub to assess how well the program has achieved its intended outcomes since its 2021 implementation, including understanding participants’ experiences, evaluating engagement, and measuring benefits for both participants and stakeholders. Through this project, I strengthened my skills in project management, designing evaluation frameworks, and conducting program assessments to inform evidence-based improvements.
