Pastor: Rev. Aaron Neff

Aaron is from a town just outside of Gettysburg, PA. He is happy to be living in western New York, where his wife Laura grew up and where their daughter Esther is less than an hour from her grandparents. Aaron finished two years of graduate school in 2012 at Wheaton College Graduate School, where he earned a master’s degree in the biblical languages (Hebrew and Greek). He then graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2016. He became the pastor of Corfu United Presbyterian Church in July 2016. He loves preaching, facilitating Bible Study, leading the youth group, and empowering people in the church to live out their faith in Christ. He likes playing guitar, and he is a fan of the Buffalo Bills. Aaron and Laura both enjoy traveling, site-seeing, cooking, camping, and cross-country skiing.

Office Manager: Sharon Bigelow

Sharon was born and raised in western New York. She worked for New York Telephone (now Verizon) in the engineering department where she met her husband, Donald. When their parents took ill in Florida, they moved to Lakeland, Florida where Sharon started her second career with H & R Block. In Lakeland they became active in a Presbyterian new church development and were amazed at the ministry that God was leading them into. As an elder, Sharon was able to computerize the church records and work with the Administration Committee on preparing balanced budgets and organizing annual fund drives. While Donald became active in the building of a sanctuary, Sharon started her third career as the Church Office Manager. Her love for accounting, organizing and helping people made this her most rewarding career. In 2014, Corfu became their home and Donald went home to the Lord the following year. Sharon became Office Manager of the Corfu United Presbyterian Church in January 2017. She enjoys reading, needlework and spending time with her family members.
