  • This Graduate Letter will be sent to your physical mail address after the first learning period of the semester in which you are graduating.

  • Graduate Profile Form-This form needs to be printed, completed and given to the school counselor if a student plans to request a LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION from the counselor. Last minute requests may not be written in time, so be sure to think ahead.

  • Senior Pictures – There are two dates for senior pictures. You must have your picture taken by Herzog Photography to be included in the yearbook. You DO NOT need to purchase a package. Drapes and tux are provided.
    • ¼, ½ and whole page ads may be purchased to honor a graduate – see prices on flyer.
    • A baby picture is requested for the yearbook. See the flyer for more information

  • Cap and Gown Orders – Orders for Cap and Gown are taken during second semester (March) and delivered the beginning of May. You may use a past student’s Cap and Gown but you may want to order a tassel. If you have a financial hardship that makes it difficult to order please come and see the School Counselor.
    • A Google Form will be emailed to you and included here during 2nd semester.

DO NOT ORDER Cap/Gown DIRECTLY FROM HERFF JONES.

  • Other Graduate Products – During the second semester Herff Jones will have a link open on their website where you can order Graduation Announcements, Class Rings, and other products.
  • Graduation Paragraph – During the second semester you will be sent a Google Form and be asked to submit your Graduate Paragraph. This paragraph will be read as you walk across the stage at graduation. You WRITE it – WE read it.
