Welcome, my name is Kaitlyn Meece I am graduating from Concordia College Moorhead in December of 2021 with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have designed this portfolio to showcase some of my greatest achievements since being at school.

Since I came in as a nursing major and switched over to nutrition as a Sophomore in college, I do still ask myself what made me switch. One major reason was my love for cooking, since I was at least 10 years old I have been baking as many things as possible in the kitchen. Another reason was because I did spend a summer working in the hospital in Alexandria, MN and learned a lot about nursing but realized it wasn't for me.

Since pursing my degree I have enjoyed learning as much as I can with nutrition and then applying it to my life as well. Have a look around and enjoy!
