Culturally Responsive Instructional Leadership: Using Data
Participants in this series will explore actionable culturally responsive school leadership practices by engaging with data and technical tools. Specifically, principals and district leaders will examine their own current practices and procedures to identify gaps, patterns, and disproportionality across student groups .

Leading and Braiding Professional Growth for your Instructors
Participants will develop a plan for decision making and to braid the elements of their school improvement process, their teacher feedback actions, and their professional development calendar as integrated support for continuous improvement for the 2026-2027 school year.

Growing in Instructional Feedback
Leaders will engage in culturally responsive instructional leadership learning, specifically on providing meaningful feedback to instructors using these components of effective feedback:
• Centering Relationships
• Connecting Relevant Evidence
• Posing Transformative Questions
• Prompting Action
Participants will be invited to a join a monthly community of practice to support implementation of practices.
This Pathway is offered five times in the 2026-27 school year:
September - virtual (four, 90 minute sessions)
October - virtual (four, 90 minute sessions)
January - virtual (four, 90 minute sessions)
February - virtual (one - all day session)
March - in-person at NESC (one, all day session)
