If your student will be attending a new school, you must first withdraw them from The Woodlands High School.
No appointment is necessary for withdrawal, but you are encouraged to call first to ensure the registrar is available. School office hours are 7am - 3pm on school days and 7am - 3pm Monday-Thursday over the summer.
In-person withdrawal is preferred, but if you are unable to physically go to the school, please print out our withdraw forms below, complete/sign and email them to the registrar.
Information needed for withdrawal includes:
Student's full name and birthdate
Student's Conroe ISD ID number
Last date student will attend TWHS
Name and location of the new school
Before withdrawing you must:
Return any textbooks, library books, or other school property (uniforms, etc.)
Pay any outstanding school fees on the student's School Cash Online account
If you will be moving over the summer and not returning to TWHS next year, please fill out Summer Mover Notification forms and return them to the registrar. Summer office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm.
If your student will be transferring to another Conroe ISD school, whether on transfer or because of a move, you should make a registration appointment with the new school's registrar and bring them your updated Proof of Residency. The new school's registrar will contact TWHS to withdraw the student. You do not need to withdraw from TWHS before going to the new school.
