If you are new to Conroe Independent School District or returning and need to enroll your child, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Complete Conroe ISD Online Registration:
During this process you will have an opportunity to upload required documents:
Original Birth Certificate
Social Security Card - If your student doesn’t have one or you choose not to use it, a state ID number will be assigned.
Immunization Records – Click HERE for the list of required immunizations and the Immunization Checklist. We ask that you fill out the checklist and email to the Nurse. To visit the Clinic website, please click HERE
Current Proof of Residency – District policy only accepts the following to verify attendance zone: gas, water, or electric bill for the current month, a newly signed lease or buyer’s agreement.
Previous school records – Transcript, withdrawal form and/or report cards reflecting high school credits; IEP, 504 or other special programs paperwork if applicable.
License or picture ID of parent/guardian completing enrollment
Military ID, custody or foster care paperwork, if applicable
Step 2 – Once you have submitted the online registration, please contact our office for an appointment to complete the enrollment process in person. You will be required to bring in all documents not previously uploaded.
