Submitting DC Paperwork
BEFORE you can submit your DC paperwork, you MUST have COMPLETED the following:
The Apply Texas Application for Lonestar (only if you are a NEW dual credit student. Returning students do NOT need to do this again.)
Created your mylonestar account and forward your mylonestar emails to your personal email address that you check! Doing this will prevent you from missing important emails regarding dual credit payments!
Downloaded a PDF of your qualifying test scores (PSAT, SAT, ACT, or TSIA2).
Downloaded a PDF of your DC paperwork (3 pages). This is a fillable document you are able to electronically complete, then save as a PDF. Be sure to use the "draw" feature where any signatures are required. Please see the examples below. If you prefer to print the papers and fill them out by hand, you can do that. However, instructions for scanning a document are also below, since all dual credit submissions will be required using the submission button below.
Complete the submission google form below where you will upload a pdf of your test scores as well as a pdf of your dc paperwork.
