The final deadline to register and pay for ALL AP exams is 2pm February 27, 2026. There are late fees for full-year/fall semester/exam-only, so be sure to register and pay before 2pm October 31, 2025. 

The payment deadline for fall-semester, full-year, and exam-only courses is 2pm October 31, 2025. 

Spring-semester courses will register with their teacher in the spring and pay in school cash online by 2pm February 27, 2026.

1. Students will log in at the myap.collegeboard.org website. Please make sure you go to this website and not the general College Board Site. They are not the same, even though students can access some AP information from the general site.

2. Once in the system, you will see a screen with the classes that you are enrolled in currently.

3. In the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard screen, you will click 'My AP Profile'. You may be prompted to enter your password again. A new screen will load.

4. Click the tab titled 'Registration' on the newly loaded screen.

5. Look for school code or Student ID. If you are updating school code then select the Woodlands High School. The code is 441471. You may be prompted to save changes. If you need to update school ID then look for Student ID; remember you will put your six-digit school TWHS ID number (#s only!).

You must notify Ms. Braun in grade level or email her at LBraun@conroeisd.net to let her know you are NOT taking the exam. In addition to this, you MUST STILL enroll in the My AP classroom so you have access to all the materials for your AP course.

Students who are not enrolled in the AP class here at TWHS, but would like to take the AP exam as a "self-study" are considered "exam only." Students do not have access to the classroom and are expected to prepare on their own. The College Board website does provide study materials for students to use. Students wanting to do "exam only" must see Mrs. Braun for a special join code by October 31, 2025. 

If you drop an AP course, contact Mrs. Braun in the grade level office asap. If not, as teachers check rosters in the online AP classroom, you will be dropped along with your exam. 

If you choose to still take the exam after you drop, you must notify Mrs. Braun asap so she can make you an "exam only." If not, your exam will be cancelled and you will need to check to see if you qualify for a refund or not. 

*Please note that payment alone will NOT order your exam. If you pay after the deadline, you must see Ms. Braun so she can order your exam. Students that were registered in the AP Classroom but did NOT pay by the October 31, 2025 deadline will NOT have an exam ordered. YOU MUST NOTIFY MS. BRAUN OF ANY LATE PAYMENTS.

Fall-semester, full-year classes, and exam-only:

• Exam fees will be added to your school cash online account beginning September. 

• You must register in your teacher's AP classroom and pay by 2pm October 31, 2025. 

• NO PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE BETWEEN NOV. 1 - NOV. 16.

• A $40 late fee will be added to your exam fee beginning November 17. YOU MUST NOTIFY MS. BRAUN OF ANY LATE PAYMENTS.

Spring-semester only courses: 

• Exam fees will be added to your school cash online account beginning January 2026.

• You must register and pay by 2pm February 27, 2026.

• No late fees.

FINAL DEADLINE FOR ALL AP EXAM PAYMENTS AND ORDERS WILL BE FEBRUARY 27, 2026 (NO EXCEPTIONS).

• Students must check their AP account and verify their tests have been ordered on November 5, 2025 and March 4, 2026. If their account says "no" next to an exam or the class is not listed in My AP at all, that exam will not be ordered. 

• If there are any discrepancies, you must contact Ms. Braun no later than March 6, 2026. No changes will be made after March 6. 

You must be registered in your teacher's online AP classroom. To check for enrollment, go to https://myap.collegeboard.org/ and look for the course. If it's listed and says "yes" for exam ordered, you are good to go! If it's not listed, you will have to get the join code from your teacher. There is a deadline!

To check for payment, you can go back into schoolcashonline and look under your payment history to see which exams have been paid for.

Please email Ms. Braun (LBraun@conroeisd.net) asap. If you choose to still take the exam, after the drop, you must notify Ms. Braun so she can make you an "exam only." If not, your exam will be cancelled and you will need to check with her to see if you qualify for a refund or not. 

AP Seminar is an AP class offered for juniors and AP Research is an AP class offered to seniors who previously took AP Seminar. It is part of the Capstone Program. It requires both a paper exam and portfolio. The price for this exam is $148. It is more expensive due to the extensive grading of the papers and videos that are submitted.
