Help! I can't access my College Board account. Answer the questions below and follow the instructions.
Have you taken an AP class before? Have you taken the SAT or PSAT?
NO - create a College Board account. Use your personal email account, as your school email account will be deleted after graduation.
YES
If yes to PSAT (in 7-9th grade), it might be your PARENT’S email. Talk with your parent about which email address it might be and use "forgot password".
If you know you have a College Board account (You've taken an AP class or SAT, but cannot log in or aren't getting emails when using "forgot password") you will need to call college board.
Are you putting in your email address / phone number and using "Forgot Password" but not receiving any email or text to reset your password?
Likely that means there is no account associated with that email address / phone number. Please revisit question #1.
Ms. Braun has no access to College Board accounts and cannot reset your password. Please use all the available help on the College Board sign in, such as "Need help signing in" , "Forgot Password?", "Unlock Account?" , "Professional Help" , and "Student Help". As a last resort, Ms. Braun will simply call College Board with you and make you talk to them.
