How do I join?

1 -> Fill out the official Collins Intermediate course selection form: 

2 -> Fill out your student's top 3 instrument choices on this form:

3 -> Attend the instrument evaluation night Monday, May 18th at Collins Intermediate from 5:00-7:00 PM

This is where your child will have the opportunity to play on the instruments they notated that they were interested in. This is where we will work with your child and you to pick their final instrument choice. Some instrument groups have limits on how many we can take, and the selection process will be first come first served.

4 -> Important Note About students interested in percussion!

All students interested in percussion must attend the percussion evaluation night on Friday, May 15th. To attend, please pick a time slot on the sign up genius below. Percussion is limited due to the number of instruments that the feeder schools have on our campuses. After the percussion evaluation, you will be notified if you qualified for percussion prior to the Monday instrument evaluation night so your student can go to that and pick an instrument that they love!
