Mike is a native to Snohomish County living most of his life in the region. He worked in Aerospace manufacturing from 1988 to 2020. His last 12 years were spent in Leadership where he excelled in roles from Supervision up to holding responsibilities as a Plant Manager. In 2019 Mike pursued additional education and training opportunities and in 2020 started his own Life and Recovery Coaching Business specializing in addiction-based services. He began contracting with The Office of Public Defense as a Social Worker where he remained until 2024. He also contracted with Carefrontations, a Nationally Recognized Intervention Agency, where he often traveled through the US aiding in Interventions as well as the safe transport of the clients being supported. In August of 2024 he embraced a new opportunity with Housing Hope helping rebuild the Human Services program for their community in need. During this time, he continued his commitment to specialized trainings with the WA State Department of Health and has completed his Certified Peer Support Specialist testing as well as Supervision of Peer Supports training. Mike recently embraced a new opportunity with the Conquer leadership team as the Program Development Specialist. He also spends a lot of time volunteering services to the community in need.
Fun Facts- Mike was a single dad and raised his daughter on his own. He has also helped raise a stepdaughter since she was 2 and both his granddaughters. Mike's always been an athlete and adrenaline junkie. Growing up he played ball, wrestled and has had a life time committed to fitness. In the last decade and a half, that passion rolled into training and competing in Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and MMA. As well a lifelong passion of road racing motorcycles and training others in the sport.
