Hello, my name is Marielle Joy Tabajen. I am from the Philippines and I am a registered medical technologist. I am a Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant of Hello Rache and was recently hired by CONQUER as a Receptionist. Before this profession, I graduated in Hotel and Restaurant Management. As you read you may think about how I ended up in a healthcare profession (well me too). I was undecided on what path to take back then and as the daughter of a Medical Technologist with a drug testing facility, I decided to pursue a medical profession. After I graduated and passed the board exam in the year 2015, I started managing my mom’s drug test facility and worked as a drug analyst until March 2024. While working in those years I was given a chance to build an LTO medical clinic which has been my source of hope. It was the year 2023, I was pregnant and I made up my mind that I wanted to pursue something that would allow me to be there for my child while working. I wanted to be a present mom to Yuuna Marl. I discovered Hello Rache, I had to focus and took a leap of faith and it led me to the biggest twist I ever imagined would happen. It allowed me to finally be home and be there for my parents as well.
In my personal life, I live with my partner here in our province. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and meeting new people. I watch Netflix series, go to the beach, travel, and go to church. I love listening to good music. I play guitar (I guess I will buy one this year). Having the opportunity to work with Conquer has been a huge blessing and I am grateful that I land on such a great team as a first-time HVA. I met wonderful people and being here, had a great impact on my life and career. I am happy to be there to assist with the tasks that need to be done. I look forward to where this journey will take me with this amazing team.
