I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in substance use disorders and behavioral health. I have more than 22 years of experience as an ER nurse in various areas of emergency medicine including leadership, EMS, and sexual assaults.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University and went on to earn my Master in Nursing from Walden University. I have spent my career supporting patients through some of their most vulnerable and challenging moments. My extensive emergency medicine background gives me a unique perspective on crisis care, whole-person health, and the complex intersection between mental health and substance use.
I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe in compassionate, collaborative care and work closely with each patient to build treatment plans tailored to their goals and strengths.
Outside of my professional life, I love paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, and the ocean. I am a proud mom of 3 and a nana to 3 grandchildren, which fuels my empathy, patience, and passion for helping others build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
