I’m Diana Mladosich. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, I’ve spent two decades with the Federal Government and State working in Medical Administration, Contracting, Logistics, and Management. I firmly believe in compassionate and responsible patient care, educating and walking with those unaware they can save their lives. I’m trainable and willing to learn.
I’m transparent and honest, and I’ll be the first person to take accountability. I cannot “Fake it until I make it.” I crawl until I learn to walk. This mindset led me to be an ultramarathoner. I don’t run from anything, and I have always made it to the finish line. Any runner will tell you that they do not like hills. I train on hills. I take the one thing everyone hates and decide to make it my strongest asset to benefit the relay team.
My goal is to be a SUDP, reducing fear and anxiety in our patients while encouraging their confidence through education and support. As employees of Conquer, we will all ascend by climbing the ladder rungs and not by stepping on the backs of our people. It’s not a sprint. It’s not a marathon. We’re a team, and it’s a relay.
