CONQUER provides Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) services in Snohomish County, working alongside courts, behavioral health providers, and community partners to support individuals under court-ordered outpatient care.
⚠️ Please Note: AOT services can only be initiated through a court petition filed by an eligible petitioner. CONQUER cannot initiate an AOT petition. Our role is to provide information, support, and treatment services for those who are already enrolled in the program.

AOT petitions must be initiated by an eligible petitioner as defined by Washington State law. The following individuals and professionals may petition for AOT:
✔ The director (or designee) of a hospital where the individual is hospitalized
✔ The director (or designee) of a behavioral health service provider providing care or residential services to the individual
✔ The individual’s treating mental health or substance use disorder professional, or a clinician who has evaluated the individual
✔ A designated crisis responder (DCR)
✔ A release planner from a corrections facility
✔ An emergency room physician
If you believe an individual may need Assisted Outpatient Treatment, you must contact an eligible petitioner to initiate the process.
If your loved one is already enrolled in the AOT program, or you need more information, we can assist with:
✔ Understanding the AOT process and requirements
✔ Scheduling or confirming appointments
✔ Accessing psychiatric care, therapy, or peer support
✔ Navigating resources for ongoing support

⚠ CONQUER cannot initiate AOT petitions for individuals not currently under our care. We provide treatment services for those already enrolled in the program.
