Please use the below links to submit receipts for reimbursement. Be sure to have your receipts scanned because you'll need to upload them!
Reimbursement FAQs:
Please submit your receipts as soon as you can after your purchase.
You can scan or take photos of your receipts. Those files will need to be uploaded as part of your reimbursement request.
If there are any issues with the scans/photos of your receipts the treasurer will reach out to you directly.
You will receive an emailed copy of your reimbursement request after submitting.
We try to process reimbursements twice a month. If you need reimbursement immediately, please submit your request using the form here and then reach out to the treasurer by email about your request.
All reimbursement request for the 2025-2026 financial year must be received no later than June 20th, 2026.
