With the support our donors and volunteers, Conn PTA is able to provide these programs for our students.
Advocacy is the heart of PTA. Sharing about the needs and experiences of our students with each other, local school board members, and statewide policymakers is our #1 job!
Our Conn Cares program works with Student Services to support our Conn students and families in need. Conn Cares also coordinates the Junior League of Raleigh's weekly Backpack Buddies program.

CAMPUS BEAUTIFICATION
The PTA's beautification committee keeps our school grounds looking BEAUTIFUL by hosting campus cleanup days throughout the school year, organizing seasonal projects, and collaborating to make events more sustainable.
Conn PTA hosts many school-wide events to enrich cultural arts and inspire creativity and inclusion in our school. These events include performances, storytellers, and activities to engage students and celebrate the traditions of other cultures.
PTA provides several programs to support our teacher's needs in the classroom. Learn more about those programs here!
PTA donations allow us to treat our teachers and school staff with food and refreshments at every staff meeting, snacks in the breakroom, and countless gifts and celebrations throughout the year.
PTA promotes literacy at Conn by hosting the Scholastic book fair, donating proceeds back to the media center, and collecting new and gently used books to share with Conn families through Wake Up and Read.
Conn PTA promotes health and wellness by organizing events such as the Cougar 5K and walk + ride to school days.
