ELRC: Pennsylvania’s Early Learning Resource Centers provide a single point-of-contact for families, early learning service providers, and communities to gain information and access services that support high-quality childcare and early learning programs. WIC: Women, Infants, & Children: Pennsylvania's WIC offices assist families in need in many ways. There are criteria regarding who is eligible for benefits. You can call 1-800-WIC-WINS (800-942-9467) to hear more about their resources.

Parent to Parent: is an organization for parents and family members of children and adults with disabilities or special needs to be connected with others to address their situations such as: physical and developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, foster care or adoption, and educational issues. This connection is primarily made via phone and email contact. 1-888-727-2706

Pattan/EITA: provides statewide training and technical assistance on behalf of the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) to the local Infant/Toddler and Preschool EI programs that provide supports/services to children birth to school age with developmental delays and/or disabilities and their families. Local agencies can be recipients of EITA training, monitoring, and technical assistance. Unconditional Child Care: is a program that supports families, children, and childcare centers within the Lehigh/Northampton County areas when a child is struggling, and guidance, resources, and/or training is needed. Infant Early Childhood Mental Health: Through a reflective, collaborative, problem-solving and capacity-building relationship, mental health consultation encourages adults to build stronger relationships with infants and young children so that they feel safe, supported, and valued. Mental health consultation is not about “fixing kids.” Nor is it therapy. Mental health consultants’ partner with adults to facilitate healthy growth and development for infants and young children. Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health consultation provides support for parents and childcare professionals who work with children experiencing persistent or puzzling challenges.

Talk, Read, Sing: Talk Read Sing is a national awareness campaign that empowers families to be their baby’s first teacher by talking, reading and singing to them every day. We aim to transform everyday places where families spend time in language-rich environments. Laundromats, grocery store chains and libraries around the community will display creative materials that encourage families to talk, read, and sing while they engage in everyday activities. Resilient Lehigh Valley: is a cross-sector, collective-impact effort dedicated to increasing youth resiliency through creating a trauma-informed and resilient community. It has trained more than 4,000 educators, health and human service professions, and law enforcement members in trauma informed practices. Family Promise of the LV: is a non-profit that assists children experiencing homelessness and their families.
