As a warm up for Book, we had a visit from well known US author Tad Hills . He did workshops with all of the Elementary Classes, signed books and autographs, left some cute original art work in classrooms and came to our assembly to officially launch Book Week. The students loved his workshops and he inspired many of the students to write and draw their own stories. 

To kick off our Book Week activities, we had a visit from Joanna Ho, author of New York Times best seller Eyes that Kiss at the Corners . She spoke to all of the Elementary Classes, signed books and autographs and was a generous, engaging and fun guest Her visit was enjoyed immensely by students and faculty.
