KEYNOTE BIO

Dr Chris Herd is Professor in the Faculty of Science, Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, at the University of Alberta. He is the Principal Director of the Institute for Space Science and Technology (ISSET) and a member of the NASA Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover mission. His research focuses on geology of the solar system as viewed from meteorites returned by missions.
