How do I book an appointment? 

Go to the CUE Counselling Services page or the above Booking an Appointment tab and click book online. Another page will open with the listed counsellors and their calendars. Click on a date and time that is most convenient for you. 

Can CUE Counselling conduct an assessment for accommodations?

Unfortunately, our counsellors are not able to do assessments.

How do I cancel an appointment? 

You can cancel your appointment from your Jane App sign in or you can email your counsellor directly or studentlife@concordia.ab.ca 

How long are appointments?

Appointments are generally 50 minutes. If you booked a Meet and Greet appointment these will be 20 minutes. 

What is the cost?

Counselling is free for CUE students registered in a course. 

Where are you located on Campus?

CUE Counselling is located in the Student Success Centre across from the Bookstore.
