At our summer program, your child will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of enriching group activities designed to foster creativity, teamwork, and fun! Our groups offer a dynamic learning experience through a mix of arts and crafts, games, conversation, and interactive experiences. Most activities will occur indoors, but we may go outside if the weather is nice.
We recommend dressing your child in comfortable, weather-appropriate attire for our group sessions, including close-toe shoes, light layers for warmer days, or jackets for cooler weather.
On days when rain is forecasted, we suggest sending your child with appropriate rain gear for drop-off and pick-up times.
We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where all children can thrive! Children who express a willingness and interest in participating in our groups tend to enjoy groups more.
Our groups are designed to provide a positive, inclusive, and rewarding experience for all participants, but it's important to consider whether a group setting is the right fit for your child. Children who display aggressive behaviors or have a history of aggressive or violent outbursts are likely not suitable for our groups. Additionally, children who are consistently disengaged or resistant to participating may not benefit fully from the group experience.
If you have concerns about whether our groups are suitable for your child, we recommend contacting our staff members so they can provide guidance and support. Contact info is at the bottom of each group location page.
We encourage children to bring very few essentials to group each day. We do recommend that each child bring a filled water bottle for hydration.
We kindly ask that children refrain from bringing outside toys, tablets, or other electronic devices to group sessions, as well as food/snacks. These items can be disruptive and cause distractions during activities.
Thank you for helping us create a positive and productive learning environment for all participants!
We understand the desire for siblings to attend the same group, and we welcome siblings to join together. It is important to note that our groups are organized by grade to ensure the developmental appropriateness of activities and education tailored to each child's needs.
We kindly ask that parents and caregivers complete a separate registration form for each child and then communicate their desire for siblings to attend the same group directly to that location's facilitators. This allows us to consider the request and make arrangements accordingly, if feasible. Contact info is at the bottom of each location's page.
If you have any questions or need assistance, you can find contact information for our staff members at the bottom of each location's page. They will be happy to address any inquiries you may have regarding our program and other related matters.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly request that transporting adults make every effort to adhere to the drop-off and pick-up times for our program. In the event that you are running late for drop-off or pick-up, we ask that you contact our staff members as soon as possible to inform them of the situation.
Please Note: if a child is more than 10 minutes late at the time of drop-off, we will assume that they will not be attending group for the day and will not wait longer for them. This is to ensure the smooth operation of our program and to maintain the integrity of our scheduled activities.
Your cooperation helps us ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
