Cristián started the UK headquartered consultancy in 2017. He has worked in physical commodity risk management and structured commodity trade finance for over three decades, starting up SGS and CWT Commodities collateral management services businesses in Argentina and Uruguay.  He also started the operations back office for Rabobank Argentina and developed structured commodity and trade finance portfolios for Rabo and Dresdner Bank, having worked in the Americas, Europe, and Australia. Cristián has provided subject matter expert advice involving disputes over collateral management dealt with in international arbitration.

Juan Cruz is an agronomist with a successful track record working in physical commodity risk management, grain sourcing, trading, and storage plant management for two decades. Early in his career, he led the Operations of SGS Collateral Management Services in Argentina, managing a team of thirty-five inspectors and an annual volume of one million tonnes of grain under custody. Juan is based in the heart of the Argentine "Pampa Húmeda", the highest yield farming region on Earth.

Nicolás is an agronomist and chartered insurance broker based in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has a vast experience of almost two decades in physical commodity collateral management, quality management systems, and insurance, having worked as Lead Auditor with SGS in Argentina, Operations Manager with CWT Commodities in Uruguay -where he started up, developed, and managed the business-, and Operations and Lead Auditor with Control Union in Argentina, and Mexico.
