⚡️ Complete Systems Electrical – Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Membership Program provided by Complete Systems Electrical Pty Ltd. By enrolling in the Bronze, Silver, or Gold membership tier, you agree to the following terms.

🔹 Membership Overview

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the sign-up date.
  
  

• Includes the benefits listed under your selected tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).
  
  

• Membership must be paid in full at the time of sign-up to activate.
  
  

🔹 Membership Benefits

• Bronze: 10% off labour, annual safety check, 72-hour priority booking.
  
  

• Silver: 15% off labour & call-out, one free small job (up to $150), same-day booking (subject to availability), product discounts.
  
  

• Gold: 20% off labour, no call-out fees, two free small jobs, annual switchboard inspection, 24/7 emergency support, $100 off split system installs.
  
  

🔹 Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required upon registration.
  
  

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or invoice (approved clients only).
  
  

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  
  

🔹 Service Conditions

• Free services must be pre-booked and used within the active membership year.
  
  

• Any unused free job(s) do not roll over into the next membership period.
  
  

• Discounts only apply while the membership is active.
  
  

🔹 Expiry & Renewal

• Membership expires exactly 12 months from activation date.
  
  

• Reminder notices will be sent prior to expiry.
  
  

• Expired memberships must be renewed to continue receiving benefits.
  
  

🔹 Cancellation

• Members may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
  
  

• Complete Systems Electrical reserves the right to terminate membership if terms are breached or misuse is identified.
