Who we are
Complementary Health & Therapies (C.H.A.T.) is a non-profit, volunteer-run community group based in Ashtead, Surrey. We host regular talks on complementary health, therapies and wellbeing, held in person at Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall and online via Zoom.

What information we collect
We may collect the following personal information:
Your name and email address when you join our mailing list
Your name, email address and payment details when you purchase a ticket or membership via our ticketing platform (TicketTailor)
Any information you choose to share when you contact us by email
We do not collect any sensitive personal data and we do not use cookies on this website.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
Send you newsletters and updates about upcoming talks and C.H.A.T. news (mailing list subscribers)
Process your ticket and membership bookings
Send you joining instructions, reminders and recordings relating to talks you have booked
Respond to any enquiries you send us

How long we keep your data
Mailing list data is held for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Booking and membership data is held for as long as is reasonably necessary for administrative purposes, and deleted when no longer needed.
Email enquiries are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.
