Meet Sara 

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist who specializes in various therapeutic modalities: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), grief therapy, EMDR, and I provide evidenced-based counseling for substance addiction along with anger management. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling, and beyond. I have a vast array of experience working with diverse populations, children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples along with the geriatric population. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my patient's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for. 

I love what I do and could not imagine doing anything else. My patients become like family. I’m friendly and very down-to-earth with my patients.
