Who is invited to the MidStates Summit?
All agents from around the country are welcome to attend!
Where will the event take place?
The MidStates Summit will be held in Chicago, IL. The central event will take place at voco Chicago Downtown - Riverwalk, where attendees will engage in 2 days of presentations, discussions, and networking. In addition to the main conference activities, guests are invited to a happy hour on the Chicago River - more details to come!
How do I reserve my spot?

When do I need to register?
You are encouraged to register as soon as possible! Tickets to this event are limited and will be offered on a first-come first served basis.
What is the cost to attend?
The General Admission ticket price for the MidStates Summit is $299. This will cover the costs for both Wednesday and Thursday events.
Are tickets refundable?
If you can no longer attend, you can request a refund for your ticket through May 10, 2026 - one month before the event. After that, you will not be able to request a refund.
Am I required to attend all events?
We are curating this program specifically for you! While nothing is mandatory, there is tremendous value in meeting with your peers from across the country, and we encourage all attendees to engage fully.
Do I have to utilize the Room Block at voco Chicago Downtown - Riverwalk?
You are not required to use the Room Block at voco Chicago Downtown - Riverwalk; however, we have secured a discounted rate for those who choose to stay at the conference location. We’ve also provided alternative hotel recommendations that are very close in proximity to the venue, which you can view here. Feel free to choose any accommodation that best suits your preferences!
Can my spouse or partner join me?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this exclusive event, spouses and partners may not partake in the MidStates Summit.
Will food be served at all events?
Food and beverage will be provided at all events. You will be responsible for dinner plans following the happy hour.
Parking Information
All vehicles under 6'8" are able to park at Wolf Point Garage for a fee of $63 per day (with in and out privileges).
