Upon joining Compass you should have filled out a W9 with either your Agent Experience Manager or the National Onboarding Team
If you have not completed a W9 or would like to change your entity, start by filling out a W9. If you'd like email agentexperience@compass.com and we can send you a new W9 form as well.
Pro Tip - If you are being paid as a Business Entity (Corporation), please select the second option "I direct Compass to issue all payments due to me to the entity listed in box 1 on my W9 on page 7"
Once the W9 has been completed please wait up to 72 hours to receive an email from our Agent Finance Team with instructions to setup Direct Deposit and enter your banking information via the provided website.

Reach out to 1099@compass.com for status updates and for a copy of previous year 1099's
Once you complete your W9 our finance team will review for accuracy
Once reviewed, you will receive a link to enroll in direct deposit to your Compass email
If you would like to change your direct deposit account, email closings@compass.com to request a new link
