Self-Connection sessions can feel like talking with a trusted friend and this time is purely focused on you and your exploration, without opinions, advice or judgement.
Instead you'll be offered empathic reflections to support you in hearing yourself more clearly to make sense of what’s actually going on for you.
From there, you can release emotional build-up and choose your next steps from a more grounded and empowered place.

I had a session with Andrea after an interaction that really threw me. It was an unexpected conversation and I found myself anxious, stuck in a familiar ‘victim mode’ afterwards. I could feel that taking over my thinking and didn’t want to stay there.
What stands out is how much shifted in such a short space of time. That initial session enabled me to first feel my feelings, to then be able to move forward in a practical, grounded way.
I’d recommend working with Andrea if you’ve had an interaction that doesn’t sit right - especially when things moved quickly and you’re left replaying it, unsure what’s real or what to do next. Having the space to slow it down and come back to yourself makes all the difference.

I worked with Andrea at a time when a lot of people in my life were struggling and I was the one they were coming to for support. In the past, my default was to hyperfocus on over-giving to others. I didn’t want to fall back into that pattern, but trying not to over-give led me into overthinking my decisions instead, which came with its own cost.
As someone who’s neurodivergent, I know how easily I can get caught in loops of overthinking and how much energy that takes. At the same time, I was committed to my studies and didn’t want to abandon my priority while managing requests for support from others.
Working with Andrea gave me an efficient way to affirm my decisions and trust my discernment without risking the mental drain of overthinking. I was able to protect my time and energy, stay committed to what mattered, and move through a high-demand period with more focus, self-trust and even some self love!

Firstly, we have a free 15 minute connection call to see if empathic listening will work for you.
Then you have a 60 minute video call where you will be deeply heard and offered reflections of what you shared.

Reflections will be offered as pure empathy: free of any judgements, criticism, blame, interruptions.
Instead, you'll see your experience through the NVC lens of your feelings and needs, to get clarity and integrate it.

I had a lot of old limiting beliefs coming up while beginning a new project, and her gentle presence and compassion have helped me acknowledge what I'm experiencing without getting stuck in stories...
