Recommendation

Based on phase 3, STH hires a representative to talk to teachers and discuss picking a day when students should have assignments, just because they might have other responsibilities.

Based on phase 3, STH should hire a representative to discuss students’ attendance especially when students are absent. They should ask why the student didn’t come on that day, and if it should count as an absence.

Based on phase 4, A way that STH can motivate students is by taking them on trips and/or having lunches with them as a reward for getting good grades.

Based on phase 5, Older youth that used to be in the program could volunteer to work with STH so the newer/younger kids wouldn’t feel like no one understands what they are going through.
