Lighthouse is shaped by trauma-informed principles and ideas drawn from narrative and strength-based practices. Our philosophy aims to challenge traditional ways of viewing people who are dealing with issues in their lives, offering a non-pathologising position around people's experience of trauma and problems they face. We support people to draw on their own experiences and learnt expertise and empower them to move beyond the impact and influences of the stresses that are currently shaping their lives.

Therapeutic consultancy, occupational therapy, social work and counselling services are provided. Outreach therapeutic services are also available where negotiated and suitable.
