Physicals

For you to be eligible to march this season, you must log into Rank one and fill out the 6 documents. If you are Freshman or Junior you must have a completed Physical Evaluation done by a Medical Professional. Once you have a completed physical, bring the completed form to Mrs. Wallace or emailed to kara.wallace@commerceisd.org .
