Popular Sovereignty = voting = suffrage

Enumerated Powers = Expressed Powers

Necessary and Proper Clause = Elastic Clause

Interest groups = lobby groups

"National Government" = Federal Gov plus state governments

Federal Government = Central Gov't only

"Linkage Institutions" = elections, political parties, lobby groups, media

Entitlement Programs = Social Security, Medicare/-aid = welfare
