The SchoolPass mobile app has a built-in geo-fencing feature whenever it activates its "Pick Up" or "Drop Off" option under the "Today" section.

1.  So when you click on the option to "Pick Up" in the app, you must be within the Columbus Academy campus area to be able to notify the Divisional Office about starting the pick-up process (Please make sure your app permissions allow the SchoolPass app to access your location):

2.  If your location is detected as being outside the Columbus Academy campus area, you will see the warning in the app that states you are "Not Eligible" to initiate the "Pick Up" process:

3.  If you wish to simply make a change ahead of time to notify the divisional office of your student's upcoming early pickup, please use the central calendar entry option instead (it's the big plus "+" button in the middle of the navigation bar of the SchoolPass app). That will allow you to specify exactly which day(s) your student will be departing school early.
